How to cancel
Cancel from the billing section of your dashboard, from the customer portal link on your receipt, or by emailing support@honeybadgerai.io from the address on the account. We confirm cancellation in writing within one business day.
What happens when you cancel
Your monthly platform access continues to the end of the period you already paid for. The next month is not charged. Your agent stops answering at the end of that period, and you can export your leads, transcripts and bookings for 30 days after that.
One-time build fees are not subscriptions and are never re-billed. Canceling a monthly plan does not trigger a new charge of any kind.

Where a product includes recurring monthly platform access, that access renews automatically each month at the price shown at checkout until you cancel. The renewal price does not change without notice to you in advance.

Cancellation by us
We may end a plan for non-payment, fraud or security risk, or serious breach of the Terms. Where we cancel without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current month.
