If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a refund within 30 days of your order date under the terms below. There are no restocking fees and no penalty for asking.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider. If your order was placed through Paddle, request the refund at paddle.net or contact us and we will raise it for you. You can always email support@honeybadgerai.io or use our support form and we will respond within one business day.

$1,500 one-time build fee + $200 per month platform access
30-day money-back guarantee on the monthly platform access. The one-time build fee is refundable in full before build work begins; once your agent has been built and delivered it is refundable only where required by law.

Full refund if requested within 30 days of purchase and before build work begins. After build work begins, refunds cover the portion of the fee not yet earned through completed work.

How refunds are returned
Approved refunds go back to the original payment method. Depending on your bank or card issuer it usually takes 5 to 10 business days to appear. The original charge shows as HONEYBADGER AI.
