Honeybadger AI is the trading name of Honeybadger AI LLC. Honeybadger AI LLC is the operating entity for all sales, billing and support. When these Terms say "we", "us" or "Honeybadger AI", they mean Honeybadger AI LLC, a registered limited liability company. You are contracting with Honeybadger AI LLC.

You confirm you are of legal age and, if buying on behalf of a business, that you have authority to bind that business.

By continuing to use the site, creating an account, or completing a purchase, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

We sell AI voice agents, talking-website software and custom business websites. Current products:

• Executive Angel — Standard Agent — A dedicated AI receptionist that answers your business line 24/7, greets callers in your voice, qualifies them and captures every lead. Includes a dedicated phone number, custom greeting, knowledge base and dashboard login.
• Executive Angel — CRM Agent — Everything in the Standard Agent plus live calendar booking, CRM synchronization (Go High Level, HubSpot, Zapier or a custom webhook) and CSV lead export.
• Smart Website — A custom multi-page business website built for your industry, with SEO structure, the Talking Orb voice guide, review links, forms, your domain and SSL connected. You own the site outright.
• Website Care Plan — Optional ongoing hosting, SSL, backups, monitored CRM connection, review engine management and content updates for your website.

We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the service within the plan you purchased. You may not:

• Reverse engineer, decompile or attempt to extract our source code or prompts
• Resell, sublicense or redistribute the software without a written reseller agreement
• Circumvent usage limits, rate limits or technical protections

You must not misuse the service. That includes:

• Unlawful use of any kind
• Fraud, spam, robocalling or unsolicited bulk outreach that breaks telemarketing or messaging law
• Infringing anyone's intellectual property or privacy rights
• Interfering with security — malware, probing, scraping, or overloading our systems
• Recording or handling calls in a way that breaks the recording-consent laws of your jurisdiction

Our agents generate speech and text using AI models. Output can be inaccurate, incomplete or unexpected. You are responsible for the knowledge base you supply, for the claims your agent is instructed to make, and for reviewing output. Our products are not a substitute for regulated legal, medical, financial or tax advice, and must not be used to give such advice without qualified human oversight.

You must have the rights to any content, brand, pricing or customer data you upload. We may remove content, filter output, or suspend an agent that violates these Terms or a valid rights-holder complaint. Repeat infringement results in termination.

You keep ownership of your business content, knowledge base and customer data. You grant us a limited licence to host and process it solely to operate the service for you.

We retain ownership of the platform, software, agent architecture, documentation and branding. Where a website build is delivered, you own the delivered site content and design; the underlying platform components remain ours and are licensed to you.

Prices are shown in US dollars before checkout. Each product page states clearly whether the charge is a one-time fee, a recurring monthly fee, or a setup fee plus recurring monthly platform access. Recurring plans renew automatically until canceled.

Payment, billing, tax and invoicing are handled by our payment provider. Where our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for those orders, Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Charges appear on your statement as HONEYBADGER AI.

Cancellation is covered by our Cancellation Policy and refunds by our Refund Policy. Both are linked from every page and form part of these Terms.

We work to keep the service available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free performance. Third party dependencies — telephony, calendar, CRM and AI providers — can affect availability.

We do not guarantee revenue, lead volume, conversion rates, search rankings, income or return on investment. Results depend on your market, offer, pricing and follow-up.

To the fullest extent permitted by law we disclaim implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose. Our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim. We exclude indirect, consequential and special damages including lost profits, data or goodwill. Nothing excludes liability for fraud, death or personal injury where the law does not allow it.

You indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the service, or your breach of these Terms.

We may suspend or terminate access for:

• Material breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees due
• Security or fraud risk
• Repeated or serious policy violations

On termination your access ends. You may request an export of your lead and call data within 30 days, after which it may be deleted.

We may update these Terms; material changes are posted here with a new "last updated" date. You may not assign your agreement without our consent; we may assign in a merger or acquisition. Neither party is liable for failures caused by events beyond reasonable control.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, United States, and the courts of that jurisdiction have jurisdiction. Questions: support@honeybadgerai.io.
